is it normal for a co-promoter to imply negatively the "character" of a fighter they promote?
Help me with the "disgruntled ex-employee" thing.

When was Burstein ever an employee of Pac or TR? History, please.

What does "imply negatively" mean? Do you mean "impugn"?

      It isn't a class-action lawsuit.

Are you aware of how the legal system works in the United States?

The third-grade dropout has made a huge mistake. Lawyers are always willing to take your money.

In this case, the illiterate has also exposed himself to hours of sworn testimony in a deposition. How did that work out for Shane?

It's unfortunate that Pacquiao doesn't have the intelligence or external guidance to make the right decisions.

Before the Thrilla in Manilla Muhammad Ali made some VERY derogatory comments to Joe Frazier and statements like calling him a "gorilla" and accusing him to be a "conservative" which at that time meant he was an "Uncle Tom" Frazier didn't sue for damages and racial slurs, he got there and fought Ali. I didn't say Pacquiao doesn't want to fight, I said fighters settle their differences in the ring. So, I don't know where you got that from. As a boxing fan, I am upset that the biggest fight that can be made is not being made and instead all we get is this lawsuit BS. Both these guys think they are bigger than boxing and it is a shame b/c these guys were very humble guys at one time. I prefer to see guys like the Super Sixers, Paul Williams, Sergio Martinez, Timothy Bradley, and Devon Alexander instead of waiting for Mayweather-Pacquiao. These guys don't BS they just fight and are true P4Pers in boxing today.

of course burstein is gonna say its a ****** case. he's representing 2 defendants. winning the case isn't that big a deal. what matters is that GBP lose a promotional right to pac. that imho is what is most important.

how ****** is GBP for expressing an opinion that a guy they are co-promoting is using steroids? that's like saying mosley is using streroids or that floyd uses illegal numbing agents for his hands.
