As to his defense of Oscar & Sheaffer, the prosecution attorneys would just prove conspiracy so that the Mayweathers' guilt would also become Oscar's and Sheaffer's. All of the respondents' concerted malicious and baseless imputations were directed and intended to cause damage Pacquiao's reputation. And they have succeeded giving Pacquiao a cause of action.
You are displaying a fundamental lack of understanding of how the judicial system works.

    "Prosecution attorneys?"?!

    • Pacquaio is going to look ****** when this case is over.

I dont know why he bothered. By going through with such a pointless and meaningless "lawsuit" he is just losing even more credibility.

Come on Manny, Grow up and fight Floyd

      • burstein should reserve his comments in court to defend his clients & on the other hand burstein is right by saying 'shockingly ****** case' for his clients to defend themselves in court & pay burstein. however, no decision has been made so it is shockingly ****** to say anything other than burstein's defense of his clients in court ....

Obviously Burstein knows this lawsuit is going nowhere. That's why he feels so emboldened. And let's be honest...it's going nowhere.

do you even know what the lawsuit about... Pac is not the one who going to be under oath..

The Mayweathers, GBP are the ones who are going to be under oath.. Burstein job is to defend them.. Not the other way around...

              /smh
Part of the way he will defend them is to try to undermine Pacquiao's credibility by questioning him. Have you never seen a court case? Even **** victims get cross-examined under oath.

Translation: Pacquiao had no legitimate way of defending himself except by further clogging up the US court system.

I was trying to talk on layman's terms. In my country, there are public and private prosecutors. And prosecutors are attorneys-at-law. A public prosecutor may work with a private prosecutor in prosecuting a case. The public prosecutor's concern is the penal aspect while that of the private prosecutor is the civil aspect.

I believe Pacquiao hired a private attorney to help prosecute his case particularly to recover on damages. Now, you who is flaunting "a fundamental..understanding of how the judicial system works", show me a US rule of court barring the use of "prosecution attorney".
