Talkative attorney Judd Burstein likes his chances in the Manny Pacquiao defamation suit. Burstein, besides representing Shane Mosley in the lawsuit against BALCO founder Victor Conte, is also representing Oscar De La Hoya and Richard Schaefer in the suit filed against them by Manny Pacquiao. If you notice Burstein is only talking about his clients Schaefer and DLH's chances of winning. Who is representing the others?

I think we can all agree that it's a "shockingly ****** case"... He pulled out of negotiations and then sues GBP... wtf i'm still confused about it... and then isn't Pacquiao suing for like $75,000... lol Oscar or Floyd probably has that much right now in their wallets

Suing your opponent, turning down $40M, and ducking the biggest fight of this era... Over a simple drug test.

              1) the suit isn't actually for $75K. It is just a classification of "in excess of $75K."

              2) The consistent FMS message has been that "it is my opinion". In fact, the video started with "in my opinion". So every attorney will have the same message as Burstein.

              3) The *******s must be clinically depressed now.

I don't know what Pacquiao expects to gain from this. He is not gaining the boxing public's respect from this lawsuit. Fighters settle their differences in the ring.

Yeah, I've been saying this for months now. All it took is one business law class for me. Then again, Pac is a 3rd grade dropout so we shouldn't expect much from someone who is illiterate.

Pac is an illiterate who is getting bad advice.

Of course, Petrocelli will gladly take some of Pac's money. And Arum should know better. But he has never really looked out for Manny's best interests.
