The same way you try to argue that Hatton was NOT an elite fight at 140.

Here is a definition that I found on elite...

    b. The best or most skilled members of a group: the football team's elite.
Now, with that definition, there is NO way you can say that Hatton was NOT elite in his group (140) and Pavlik is not elite in his group (160). Unless of course, you're trolling early this Friday morning.

      That is not my definition.

You saw the difference between an elite fighter when Hatton fought Pac/May, its a huge gap, Hatton like Pavlik is a very good/decent fighter but elite is another level and that level was never more apparent than when Hatton got rail roaded in double quick time by Pac.

So your definition of elite supersedes a dictionary definition of elite? Get real.

If you fight someone twice you WILL! have a much better idea of how to fight them and how to prepare for them, Mayweather got found out by a B class fighter and needed another crack at him to get it right because he could not figure him out first time.
He had a messed up hand and a torn rotator cuff. You know that.

He was hurt man. Just look it up even Castillo said he knew something had to be wrong with Floyd. People grasp at every thing. He was injured and it showed. He didnt fight Castillo again until 8 months later. Castillo even fought in between that time. He was injured bro.

I don't get the point of this does the TS know that one of his favorite fighters Pacquiao has had to fight JMM twice. The ****ery on this forum is at an all-time.

What was the point of this thread?

Is Floyd the only fighter to have a rematch?

                  Did Ali have some?

                  What about SRR?

                  Hearns?

                  Oh okay.
