Oscar was a very good fighter and a huge cash cow, a 1st ballot HOFer but not an ATG by any means.....he lost just about all of his biggest fights and ppl say losses don't change the fact the a fighter is accomplished this is true but your losses are part of your career which is the legacy you display.
Losing to the Pacman pretty much disqualifies him as an ATG if he was borderline up until that point, the dream match was supposed to be a demolition on Oscar's part and he ended up getting beaten to a pulp and quit.
