    Give me a break. I hate when people make blanket statements like this. ONE of the current welterweights already BEAT a prime Oscar and that guy had only two fights at 147 prior to doing it.

                      What is you guys' definition of 'all time great', for the record? If you mean like the top 20 or 30 boxers ever then no, he's not an ATG. Personally--although it's obviously no exact science and I'll be damned if I'm gonna sit down and actually make a list--I think it roughly equates to top 100 (an idea probably initially planted in my head by Bert Sugar) and I think there's a spot for Oscar in there somewhere.
