Yeah, he's 39 and the #1 fighter in the division. Advantage, my ass. I didn't see Pacquiao running to fight him when he was 38. Or wait, was he young then?

Dude, look at what you just typed. No random drug test no fight..that is why Floyd fans and others are concerned with it.

Shane accepted that demand and we have a big fight on May 1st. You see the difference?

Hes not asking Manny to do anything that he is unwilling to do himself. Since Manny is clean like he claims surely he would be happy to take the tests since it would mean his opponent would also be clean, not getting an unfair advantage against him.

Why didn't Floyd require the testing for any other fighter before Pac? And what right does he have to impose his own rules? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this **** out. Floyd dont wanna take the risk,he has a history of ducking the elite fighters.

He says he wants to clean the sport but yet he was willing to pay $600,000 for coming in over the weight limit against Marquez.

I understand what you’re saying. But if Floyd was sincere about this cause, if he really wants to make a change, he needs to do it the right way. If he goes to the commission, gets the rules changed, he is putting Pac in a position where he has no choice. It’s a win/win for Floyd. If Pac refuses, he exposes Pac as a su****ious cheat who is scared to fight him. At the same time, he will be viewed as a visionary who changed the world of boxing. But the fact that he’s not making any attempts to do any of this, puts his true intentions into question. Why is he simply content with walking away, taking verbal shots at Pac, and casting doubt into his legacy? What he’s trying to do is boss around a guy who feels he’s the boss. The guy is the #1 fighter in the world, the biggest worldwide draw in the sport, and he’s practically the king of his own country. Its simply not gonna happen.

Shane agreed to the tests because he’s in no position to decline. He’s got no money & he gets no respect from anyone despite being the #1 WW. With Shane, beggers can’t be choosers, he’ll take anything he can get.

I honestly believe Floyd does not want a piece of Pac. I believe he is out to get that #1 spot without having to fight the #1 guy. Honest question for you: If Floyd beats Shane and gets that #1 spot, do you really think he’s gonna be going after Pac? Or will he finish out his career fighting scrubs for relatively big paydays, retiring undefeated and proclaiming he is the greatest of all time and that Pac ducked him?

Why does he have to do that in order to show he's sincere? That's such crap. When Manny wanted to cap Cotto's weight at 145 AND have him put his belt on the line, did he commission the WBO to have this done for ALL fights? No. You're point is irrelevant. There's no one commission for Floyd to petition to and he has as much power as the next guy.

Why do Manny fans like to ignore that?

Yet Pacquiao's fan don't take everything Manny and his team say as the truth???!!! Let's face it,Manny has been hiding behind more excuses than Floyd at the moment...

Because he has a history of making excuses for not fighting certain top ranked guys:

Cotto - "he needs to get his PPVs up"
                      Margarito - "nobody knows him"
Williams - "hes managed by Al Haymon"

Now - Pac won't take the tests.

Why do you believe that he is sincere? Let's be real, if Floyd gets to the top again, there is no way he's taking anymore big/risky fights. You know this.
