Floyd should be petitioning the NSAC right now for these tests. If they adopt the testing and Pac still refuses, then we'll know who's ducking who. Otherwise, quit playin and make the fight.

Anyone with a single brain cell realizes the PED use claims were just a red herring.

He either doesn't want to fight Pacquiao, or wants an excuse if/when he loses.

I actually think both could come out on top on any given day, so I really don't understand his reluctance.

I believe its a little bit of both. His reluctance shows his lack of confidence in this fight. His fans just refuse to admit it.

Yes Mayweather Magically knew Pac would turn down a test he himself was willing to take, and many of the top athletes **Bolt, Kobe, Lebron, Armstrong, Federer, Williams Sisters, Phelps, etc...) in the world have taken. Also dont ignore all the different excuses Team Pac has given on why they refused, theres a new one every week it seems.

This whole Go by the Commission rules is Bull, No where does the commission require catch weights, and $10,000,000 penalties either.

Come on, you know why he came out with these accusations. He wanted a built in excuse in case he lost. You didn't hear **** about PEDs until Pac became a real threat to Floyd. He don't want this fight. Now he wants 60/40 instead of 50/50? Sounds like he really wants to make this fight happen. Please, the whole world knows Floyd is scared...I know its tough to admit, but its the truth.

The fact that you genuinely believe that boggles my mind. Absolutely boggles it. No point in debating such a bull**** claim, it would just be cyclical.

Makes no sense. Does he have ESP? Could he have predicted that Pac would ***** out at taking them when they were first put in the contract? Uh...no.

Also Floyd was willing to take them himself. Next....
