Yes. He has to worry about a fight against a 39 year old. A fight that has taken over a decade to develop.

Mosley is a threat but Mayweather caught another advantage by finally agreeing to fight SSM in his late thirties. Maybe Mosley has been taking his vitamins.

I made a similar post last week and many of the Floyd fans couldn't give a justified answer. If someone is truthfully trying to clean sports they'll go about it in a professional manner, not trying to belittle someone by trying to throw subliminal shots in the media and saying, "I wanna clean the sport". Why not go to Congress? The NSAC? Provide examples of how PEDs have hurt the sport (in this case, Boxing)?

Now...contrary to what people have been saying about Floyd not wanting to fight Pacquiao, I don't think that's the case. I think he really believes he can beat Pacquiao, but he's trying to gain every mental advantage he can because Pacquiao stole his shine during his 18 month vacation and he'll do whatever it takes to get people to side with him. The only problem is, a lot of people don't really give a ****. A lot of people on this site may think Pacquiao is a cheat, but that doesn't constitute for the majority of the fans (especially the 50,000 + who paid to see Pacquiao fight after accusations were made by the Mayweathers).

A lot of this is just ego driven. IMO I think it's killin Floyd deep down that Pacquiao is getting the widespread admiration he's getting which Floyd has always sought for, what better way to flip it around than to make Pac look like a cheat?

I actually think both could come out on top on any given day, so I really don't understand his reluctance.

that's funny, because I am the total opposite.

I can't think of a reson why he just wouldn't take the test and clear any doubt...the test is no big deal.

Good post OP. That's how I feel about this situation. Floyd Mayweather is just setting a pretext to duck Manny. If he gets backed into a corner and has no other option but to fight Manny, due to public pressure, he's already got a built in excuse for when he loses. Money May knows Pacquiao is a legit threat. It's clear he doesn't want the fight.

Now Mayweather is saying 60/40, lol. He's a great fighter with skills, but what an insecure, ignorant moron.

You can't dismiss the points brought up in this thread. On the real, we want this fight more than anything. It seems like Floyd fans are more concerned with testing than they are with making this fight.

Do you even bother to read the replies? I for one, am for the test. I am frustrated that Floyd and GBP don't bother to pressure the NSAC to make it mandatory for OST carried out by their trusted company USADA, and funded by the promoters. That way, a snub by a boxer would result in suspension/banning...

...but no, instead, GBP and Floyd are content with just 'punishing' Pacquiao with the fight not happening. If they really think he's a cheater and want to clean the sport, then by all means, make an effort to make OST mandatory.

Being contented with just making it a contract stipulation means they are not interested in actually making boxing clean.

Geez, its a foking test. A simple test!! What is wrong with taking a simple test.

I cannot believe that we are making all this fuss because Pac will not take a test.

Doesn't anyone realize that this is a smoking gun?

What possible reason could he have not to do this

That sums it all up, they're afraid their god gets exposed as a fraud they don't want to have another idol as it's only floyd that can make their **** hard.
