The guy's full of ****. What makes it more bewildering is how there's actually idiots that praise him for all this talk but defend his lack of initiative.

They say "oh well he's already making testing a requirement for all his future fights because going through the proper channels and beaurocracy takes too long and is likely to be turned down because of cost"

wtf??? like people really wouldnt listen if floyd got on espn and gave an actual in depth presentation of his case for commissions or governing bodies to improve testing???

Could Floyd really want to clean up boxing? Maybe so, but i dont believe it because, why not go straight to the commission to change the rules? Also why not test Marquez who he claimed beat Pac, or test any other fighters before then.I wish Pac would take the test just so we can see that fight, but if he dont want to do Floyds rules he shouldn't have too. Its like its impossible for Floyd to believe that maybe Pac just has God given talent.I dont mind the OST testing, and that needs to be something the commission regulates. If Floyd really wants to clean it up, he needs to address the commission, not just single out one fighter.
Forget the commission. Every state has a different commission. but worldwide there's only 4 major sanctioning bodies.

Would anyone really believe the WBC would turn a deaf ear to 1 of it's most prolific champions in history if he presented a valid case to have improved testing requirements for title fights???

Of course they wouldn't. We know why.

If he was really concerned about cleaning up the sport, and the WBC refused to hear him out, all he has to do is say, "ok, I'll take my sanctioning fees elsewhere to have my money appreciated".

But we all know he doesn't have that type of integrity, nor is it really in his interest to clean up anything other than peoples pockets.

"this is my hustle, I came back to steal more money".

Nope, if he really presented a case, no one would turn it down. If he really wants to clean up the sport, hes gotta do more than just single out a fighter here or here. But untill that day happens, i dont believe he really wanted to clean up the sport.

Exactly....it boggles my mind at how many idiots defend floyd's lack of initiave. talking about "so even if he gets the nsac to improve testing...so what??? you actually expect floyd to go to every state's commission to present a case. he's only 1 man"

STFU *****s. it's so easy and simple to bypass the commissions entirely and achieve better testing simply by going straight to the sanctioning bodies. Even if extra testing was required only for title fights he would have accomplished a thousandfold more than what he has simply talkin smack and faux testing himself and mosley.

I'd also like to add that Julio Cesar Chavez jr. tested positive fighting on the undercard of Pacquiao's last fight against Cotto.

                  • Roy Jones was the P4P BEST and has a History of Steroids before facing John Ruiz and Antonio Tarver.

I know John Ruiz is making a lot of money but he has a better case of asking for additional tests ( specially Roy is putting on weight) and No Fu_cking NSB poster made a **** deal about it. Nobody even cared much less ask for a better testing procedure. LOL

Nobody cares now, they just want to blame Pac. But for 1 or 2 posters, nobody has even tried to answer my initial question. That is a sad commentary on the hypocrisy that is many posters.
