Note however that your statement is only valid in the US. Sauerland in Europe has a strict testing procedure in place for their fighters.

I don't know. The thing is Europe and Germany in particular has had it's share of superstars caught in the doping mess. It has been so bad that televisions major networks has withdrawn from the sports (cycling) because of the doping culture. Sauerland rightly fears the same could happen in boxing. Hence this procedure.
