    NOBODY was concerned before

Very simple question. Why was NOBODY concerned before about OST until Floyd decided this was a deal breaker to fight Pac? No one was worried about it. No one was saying a word. All of a sudden Pac should have to do this after being slandered? Floyd never worried about this until a fight with Manny was being discussed. All of a sudden he should be able to change the rules at his own whim? Bull****. If the governing bodies or state athletic commissions put this rule in effect and Pac refuses.....its all on him. Until that time Floyd is the one I see holding up the fight by trying to make his own rules. I don't want to hear anything about Floyd meeting Pacs demands. Fact is Manny didn't slander Floyd and try changing any rules. If Floyd wants this fight he can follow the same rules as everybody else. If he can't accept those rules, like he always did before, he doesn't really want to fight.

A lot of people seem to want to blame Pac. Where were all you people, and why weren't you worried before?

One it's step-up from normal testing; two, it was assurance for the Mayweathers..nothing wrong with that...Also, they lost the PR game on this one--Pacquiao took a big hit on his image.

I have new problem with new and better testing, but make it a rule. Until that time nobody should be blaming Pac. If its a rule and he refuses I'll be as critical of him as the Floyd fans are. Im just curious why nobody was worried about it till Floyd said he wouldn't fight Manny unless he conceded to his rules?

only fools are blaming pac....pacquiao has every right to only follow the commisions rules, but if you want this fight so bad, and if you are going to call out mayweather in every interview and say, 'i want him so bad'.....well then accept the test and lets get it on....but blaming pacquiao is ******

Why did he all of a sudden need reassurances? He NEVER had a problem with the rules before and neither did the fans. He's obviously threatened and thats understandable. But unless there is an official rule change, he's the one holding up the fight.
