Im not pro Pacquiao even tho thats everyones first assumption, but I feel laying all the blame at either fighters feet is naive by both fanbases.

I'm not really bothered about the whole fan wars thing, I try to avoid it as much as humanly possible. But there is still a right and wrong in this situation.

I myself think Pac was willing to go above and beyond what is required by the NSAC and thats enough for me.

It may be enough for you but it's not enough to conclusively prove he's clean, so what the hell was the point of it? If he's so willing to give blood why not randomly too?

Floyd should have went to the commissions sooner with his requests for stricter testing instead of waiting for a mega fight and then demanding it.

Oh come on. We all know that the state commissions play second fiddle to promotion companies, fighters and contract clauses. And like they would have done anything even if Mayweather did write them a polite letter or whatever it is you expect him to have done instead of trying to directly make sure his opponent was clean. They haven't the money nor motivation.

Very simple question. Why was NOBODY concerned before about OST until Floyd decided this was a deal breaker to fight Pac? No one was worried about it. No one was saying a word.

There weren't any posts, or threads here about OSTs prior to the allegations being made. There were very few, if any, rumblings about Manny doing anything illegal prior to the allegations being made.

You dont go to the commission for contratual deals.. Pacquiao didnt need to call on the commission to have their rules twisted against cotto..145 for a 147 belt.

Pacquiao also didn't fight Cotto for the entire sport.

Money talks. Not who won "fighter of the decade". Mayweather not only put up bigger PPV numbers but also brings more money to the table than any other Pacquiao opponent. And Pacquiao initially agreed with the testing. He pulled out at the end of negotiations for something he knew about all along.

Why cant people understand Im against all fighters making ridiculous demands? I was more against the 145 than I am for Floyd thinking he has authority he does not. Floyd has more right to ask for testing than Pac did to demand 145, but 2 wrongs dont make a right/
