    Is this dude ******ed?

Yes or no, are NYSAC and NSAC not reviewing their own, and WADA testing policies?

Yes or no, are Sauerland Promotions an advocate of more stringest testing policies?

Yes or no, did Aleksandr Povetkin request WADA testing policies for a possible match up with Wladimir Klitschko?

    I'll wait.

He's willing to take the test set forth by the rules and regulations of boxing. When did the USADA become part of those rules?

He was also willing to break those rules and regulations of boxing and has done so in the past.

I know. Damn shame it had to come to that.

So Floyd requested an inch and Pacquiao gave him a millimeter. Blood testing is all well and good (unless you have a phobia of it -- which Pacquiao doesn't seeing as he was willing to take blood tests) but we all know the 'random' part is at least equally important. It's a massive preventative and there's virtually no way to prepare for it and wriggle around it without having an inside man in the anti-doping organisation or something.

You keep saying "I'll wait". What are you waiting for? Stop lying to yourself and just admit that what you have shown is just a very small drop in the bucket. Its minuscule when looked at compared o the whole picture. Its a start. But as I've already said, nobody really cares or talks about it unless certain names come with it.

Such as the $10 mil weight infraction fee for Mayweather.

Such as the 900k weight infraction fee for Morales.
