Why did he all of a sudden need reassurances? He NEVER had a problem with the rules before and neither did the fans. He's obviously threatened and thats understandable. But unless there is an official rule change, he's the one holding up the fight.

Was there an official rule change for Cotto to come in at 145? Mosley at 142? Or Mayweather to pay 10 million for each pound overweight? There seems to be a double standard when it comes to Pacquiao and "rules".

Thank you, BN. Why would other fighters shout it from the rooftops? They don't want the testing any more than Pacquiao does.
