I see a fighter being accused of using PEDs agreeing to stricter testing than is currently in place. I believe your view is the one thats skewed. I was quick to call out Pac on the 145 catchweight and believe the title should still belong to Cotto. Mayweather has no authority to change the rules and Pac still agreed to stricter testing. If Mayweather wants to change the rules he needs to realize hes going to have to take baby steps everything isnt all going to happen at once.

There is when you fail to rebut anything and pretend he agreed to stricter testing. No he didn't, he tried to create his OWN kind of testing. And spare us all of this "If Mayweather wants to change the rules" crap. He didn't want to change the rules, he just wanted something in the contract like any fighter does. ^^^^ That's it. Floyd's demands has put a spotlight on a problem a lot of people knew existed. Having a high-profile industry figure saying it simple provides a base for casual fans to address the problem.

Probably because it's obviously going to be discussed about the people it was raised with. Common sense. When Jose Canseco accused McGwire, A-Rod, etc. thats who the focus was on. Furthermore, if it wasn't for Canseco and BALCO, no one would've mentioned PEDs in baseball either even though it had been going on for years. These are very simple questions.
