Shouldn’t Mayweather be applauded for wanting testing for PEDs?

Why is this so difficult to understand.
It's called "****ing with your head" gone extreme.Comment

He took it 20 days before the fight. He had to. It was a routine checkup that ALL BOXERS ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE. He had no choice in the matter.
AND as you yourself stated, why would floyd jr., throw away $40 million over A PRACTICALLY USELESS TEST?
Think about it. Based on your own admission, he rejected a useless test (24 days from manny) but counter offered an EQUALLY USELESS TEST (14 days from Floyd jr).
Where, may i ask is the logic there? or maybe he was high on a-side meth or something when he made that offer.
Ask floyd jr. that question.
You should ask that of Floyd jr. NSAC had no issue with manny asking for a random blood test up to 24 days before the fight. Why was floyd jr. so adamant against it?

So then why did he say 30 before?
So then why did he say as long as it's not the day of the fight?

What rules were you referring to when you mentioned they required boxers random blood tests up to the fight night? You ARE right. Why didn't they complain indeed?
Ask floyd jr. that question.

So which Anti-doping Agency has jurisdiction over the Pacquiao/Mayweather fight? USADA or NSAC? Hmmmm????
I'm sorry. I'm pretty sure we have different answers to that question.
Because Floyd jr. was being so pigheaded about it when as i pointed out, in the end, he rejected a PRACTICALLY USELESS CUTOFF DATE for an equally USELESS CUTOFF DATE. Which by the way, you so conveniently ignored. (which is understandable since i'm used to having people ignore pertinent facts).
Let me restate it again. FLOYD JR. THREW AWAY $40 MILLION OVER A USELESS TEST.
It simply means manny is clean.Last edited by AFighter4U; 03-01-2010, 03:13 PM.Comment

He HAD to give his blood, otherwise, he wouldn't be allowed to fight. Besides, they have repeatedly said that they would go by the rules of the Nevada Athletic Commission.
So when Nevada said to take the test, he took it.Last edited by AFighter4U; 03-01-2010, 03:15 PM.Comment

Who said he had no problem giving blood at that point? Did you see him smile, while they took his blood? Did he sing? Dance? Laugh?

I seriously doubt manny said that but, if and IF you do have a link to a clip showing manny saying that with his own words, then i'll admit my mistake. But until then, i'll believe it when i see it.
Man. Do i have to spell it out to you?
Would you reject a FORTUNE over a useless test? Would you? Would you forgo possibly one of the biggest fights of your career over something you KNOW will ultimately have no bearing whatsoever with the result of the fight? Not unless you never wanted the fight in the first place.
A sane human being wouldn't throw away $40 million over something useless. I guess Floyd jr felt his "0" was more important than $40 million.
Oh, so to you, a man is GUILTY until prove innocent then? That negative test result will not convince you at all that Manny is clean ?Last edited by AFighter4U; 03-01-2010, 03:40 PM.Comment
