Shouldn’t Mayweather be applauded for wanting testing for PEDs?

Not saying it's not true, but why didn't we hear immediate complaints about it from day one then? Seeing how against it Pacquiao's camp ended up being, why didn't Pac complain the second he saw it?

That would make me think even more that Pac's camp didn't want him fighting Mayweather, not just refusing blood tests.

No, that's because they agreed to it. And this is the heart of the issue. They had NO complaints about it, were even talking smack about it...until the USADA slapped them with their itinerary and they realized they were ****ed. All of a sudden, they had issues with the number of blood tests, then the cut-off dates. Just nonsense.

Team Pac also NEVER wanted RANDOM testing.

They wanted 3 tests and wanted to know the datyes of each one:

        1. Week of the kick off tour.

        2. 30 days before the fight

        3. after the fight.

        They didnt want RANDOM.
