And Judah was the one who asked for the rematch clause with Mayweather.

As for the Hatton fight, I don't remember Mayweather asking for 1.

He did before the Cotto fight, people were talking about a Mayweather-Pacquiao fight once Mayweather announced his comeback on the weekend of Pacquiao-Hatton. Granted Pacquiao didn't know this before the Hatton fight but the Mayweather fight was supposed to happen after the Cotto fight. Unfortunately, as we all know, it fell apart.

I think GBP and Schafer through this clause in there. SSM only ahs ONE more fight left under GBP. The Mayweather fight.

If Shane wins...GBP can lock him in for a nother money fight for GBP.

Meanwhile PREVENTING Mosley from running and fighting Pac.

I already said that that might be the case but people think Pacquiao will be 'frozen out' like his whole career will come to a stop because of this, it won't.

Let me give you an example...

Floyd loses the fight and wins the second fight.

Manny beats Clottey, Margarito, and Marquez and sells millions of PPV's.

Who is going to have the most leverage?
I guess you right and Pac...

but, if they do the rematch and Floyd wins the 2nd fight... The Floyd-Pac fight would still be a good event wouldn't it? The whole World would still want to see it no? A possibility of 2mil buys... I agree that Pac would have the leverage... but, then I ask myself how much of a leverage does he really have? Who else will Pac fight that he can make that much money with? I don't know and I really don't care as long as they fight... But, I agree asking for a rematch is very smart move... I don't think Pac is frozen out by any means though... I think he has other options if and is a big if Shane wins...

I've already listed them, I'm not going to again. They're not as big as a fight with Mayweather or Mosley but his career doesn't stop because of this.

TBH you can even add Foreman name if he beats Cotto... For the right money and with Roach approval Pac will fight him...

I would still want to see the fight if Floyd loses the first fight and wins the rematch, but Floyd is protecting his future earnings and GBP is protecting their company from preventing Shane leaving them for a fight with Manny.

Manny only has two big fights at WW with Mosley and Mayweather. Manny only wants to fight the best and make the most money he can.

So are you saying the challenger Hatton asked for one? Because there was rematch clause for that fight.
