        If I remember correctly, a Welterweight fighter can weigh in any where from 141-147, not 141-145,

        so NO.

              commisions has rules for that.....its called catchweight!.........jcc,whitaker,bhop,hoya,jmm, floyd, etc know all about it....

                  floyd broke the agreement about the weight vs jmm because he could afford the fine.......and dont think 10 mil is affordable at all even to floydie...
