At the time pacquiao said he wanted to test cottos power, and to show everyone that he was at least just as strong as cotto.

So he stood be the ropes with his hands up and he let cotto just keep punching him for a good while.

While im sure he was hoping to get more praises on how great he is from the adoring public, it actually gave people more reason to think he was on steroids.

Im thinking mayweather might not have even asked for these extra drug test if he just boxed cotto.

that was the most genius thing pac did in that fight. cotto was fighting too safe before that, and then pac let him punch him on the ropes and that gave cotto a false sense of confidence like he had pac hurt or something, and he left himself open and thats how pac got the KD.

Here we go again with Shane Mosley who was with BALCO.....any other fighter you can give an example besides Shane? What about the numbers of fighters that got caught? JCCjr, RJJ, Salido, Toney, Vargas, Nino....etc...etc...
No wonder Pac didn't wanna deal with May........if he passes the blood test and loses people like you will say, "Pac lost coz he didn't use steroids" OR if he passes and wins against Floyd you say "He got steroids, Shane didn't get caught. There's no way Floyd loses".
