    this.

floyd should just wait 3 more weeks to see the winner of berto-mosley fight and fight him in late april or early may.

But everyone knows he's ducking mosley like he ducked pac. only his lovers are stubborn to think so.

Too much risk to fight someone like Mosley before his fight with Manny. He's not going to risk his biggest payday of his life for a match against Mosley. What happens if he fights Mosley and he loses? Mosley would fight Pacquiao, instead of Mayweather.

there is no logical explanation because Mayweather played hard ball with pacquiao and lost his hand in poker. Now, he has to scramble and react as he has no plan B, obviously. There was no back up plan. And when the dust settled, he realized that his options are limited. And yet, there was still a fog in his vision called Pacquiaotitis that compels him to react and look for another fighter just to show up Top Rank and Pacquiao. Just be man enough and admit he lost in this latest sweepstakes and wait out the winner of the Mosley-Berto match instead of forcing the issue and fight another undersized non top 10 WW fighter.

May 1st would be the perfect date to fight mosley. Historically, it's always been a great day for PPV sales (and it's on a saturday).

If it's Mosley, he would make A LOT MORE MONEY, since people have wanted to see floyd vs shane for well over 5 years.

I would imagine if floyd fights shane, his PPV numbers would outsell pacquiao vs clottey.....easily. Plus, it would enhance his legacy tremendously.

If Berto wins, and Floyd fights him, the PPV numbers might not be quite as good, but he would be taking on the man that just beat Shane Mosley. It would undoubtedly sell just as well as Floyd vs Nate Campbell/Bradley/etc.
Incredibly idiotic question but since you had to put it, here's why: He would not only have to wait for the fight to happen but to the winner to heal up while he does nothing, at 32 years of age. What a good idea!

i wouldnt mind seeing him fight bradley or campbell. especially bradley who imo has the best chance of beating floyd, but campbell would be a good one too. both are better than pac fighting clottey thats for sure.

Wow, sounds like you're the idiot.

First off, it's only a couple weeks away.

Secondly, Berto or Mosley would fight Floyd in April or May without question.

berto ans shane are fighting at the end of january....

you expect them to take two weeks off, after the fight, then jump into another training camp to prepare for floyd?

                    get serious.

the earliest he could fight either guy, would be may, and seeing as how floyd hasn't fought since september, it shouldn't be too hard to figure out he doesn't want to sit out until may.....

especially since haymon won't put berto-mayweather together, because he manages both, and it won't be worth it now.....so mayweather would be basically waiting for shane for a may fight, and seeing as how shane is gonna lose to berto, it makes perfect since as to why floyd's moving on.....

my question, is what's the difference btw. floyd choosing to fight PW in march, or waiting for the winner of berto-mosley anyway?

floyd hasn't named an opponent, or named an "official" return date, so until he does, you dudes need to quit whining.......

So to answer you question NO Mayweather doesnt have a say if he wants to fight Berto or Williams.
