when i say "you are dumb", its now an accusation. its up to me to prove to you that you are dumb.
in addition, they say that pacquiao's rejection of USADA testing is proof that he's hiding something. what if i say that i think you are dumb because you believe everything mayweather (proof that you are dumb)
now, is it still not accusation anymore?

But I stand by what I remember seeing and reading in interviews the first time his accusations came out. Anyway, once Pac files the case, it will be up to courts to decide, not fans.
Pacquiao is really wasting his time here. I'm being as down the middle as possible. Proving slander is going to be an uphill battle and he might be subjected to testing doing this at some point.

Just a thought, couldn't Mayweather also sue Pacquiao for breach of contract if he does not fight? Because as of December 7th Pacquiao signed the contract, however Mayweather has yet to sign the contract. Also Pacquiao really has no case because asking for a better drug test is not libel/slander/defimation. Floyd Sr. is entitled to his opinion, hence 'Freedom of Speech'. Nonetheless, Pacquiao is not looking great right now and he is causing alot of confussion over a teaspoon of blood. That is all, Merry Christmas everybody!

Funny thing that the founding secretary general of the WBC seems to be rooting for Manny, although Floyd has held the WBC-belt way longer.

Well done, stop reporting on this because They've decided to fight in the courtroom instead of the ring.
