Wow you didn't even read the article did you??

"Salud said “now they have to prove their accusations and cannot force him to undergo any test to prove his innocence under any specific system because of the presumption of innocence.” Salud added that in court Pacquiao “can prove that by way of the drug tests conducted by the Nevada State Athletic Commission, which they can present as evidence, that he has been tested so many times and found to be clean of any drugs.”

good for manny. I agree with this lawsuit. the mayweathers have no right to just run their mouth off like that. the drug testing demands and accusations are insulting. floyd is gonna get put in his place finally. and manny will have ample motivation in training if this fight still goes ahead.

No No No No... He is innocent until proven guilty, he doesn't have to prove a damn thing. It's up to Sr. to prove he is on steroids.

on second thought, I believe you are right. don't remember ever seeing or reading about floyd jr accusing pac of roiding. floyd sr is the only one who accused manny of this but even then, I remember senior later saying that he wasn't serious about the accusations.

after reading this article I thought manny actually had a case, but now that I think about it, I don't think he does.

                  He doesn't.

Sr. made it clear it was opinion that Pac was on roids when he was first videoed, and backed off from mentioning steroids specifically ever again when he got approached by Pac's legal people.

Since when is an opinion an accusation anyway?

what i can say is *****s don't understand what their reading...

pacman can and will subject to blood testing whenever as long as its not near march 13. he know who he's fighting and how big it is, that's why he won't put himself in that disadvantage.

what floyd is asking for is unfair. he wants blood drawn too close to the fight, where manny feels uncomfortable. he agreed to take the usada tests. even a blood test right after the fight. he didn't even have to cause such terms has never been done before in the sport ever.

gbp and floyd's camp made it seem that manny rejected the tests. or refused to give blood at all, which is false. they are willing to compromise. floyd is not.

statements by gbp have hurt manny's name where no proof of cheating is present. arum was definitely unprofessional too, but his fighter's legitimacy has been questioned due to baseless accusations. he has the right to be pissed.
