It shows the fighter spirit of manny.

To hell with turning the other cheek and go for the offensive! Stop this ****** slandering.

The guy agreed with the normal testing and even more. And he does not want to participate in any degrading: give me your blood to "whenever I say so" childish testing scheme organisation.

This kind of testing adds nothing.

You know what cheating is: agreeing on a catch weight and never intending to make the weight. Just come in too heavy, pay a ****** relative little fine and afterwards talk like you are the greatest ever for beating up a little guy.

Manny is looking like a idiot right now!!!!

And nobody has said he is doing roids but Mayweather Sr. So this bull**** is ******!!!
You think If Pac submit to Floyd demands he will prove his innocence? If Pac really using these PED or HGH you think he will you use that again on Floyd's fight if there is random Olympic test coming in any day during his training or before the fight? Of course he will not. Only idiot will do that and I'm 100% sure the result will be negative. So if the result is negative it only proves he never used that substance before right? My point is either Pac using it or not, all the *****s are already made up their mind and that Pac is using it. So there's no point in this bull****. I'm on Pac suing this crackhead drug convict addict Mayweather Sr. no credibility all to teach him some good lesson!

In my 'opinion' Pacquiao seems to have no integrity, but again that's just my 'opinion'.

replace "steroid use" with "child ******er" "rapist" and the opinion thing wont hold up espcially if he has never been convicted or even suspected... in this case pac has to prove if his rep is being damaged and and how reckless any statements are especially in the public forum

remember these types of cases if they go to trial are judged by a jury of our peers (basically us) ... belive me no mayweather would want it to go that far
cause its a crap shoot after that....

fact is i highly doubt floyd mayweather sr. has any money for a lawyer anyway and im sure gbp aint gonna fit the bill for him

bascially it would be if glen beck callin barak ***** a heroin addict right now... even though he has never taking any drugs...i gurantee you that you would be sued for slander, liable (i think the difference is one is writing about somebody and the other is saying something about sombodyelse) in a heart beat....even if beck said it was his opinoin...that **** would be so off the wall he would be sued in a sec....

and to be honest pacs past everytest so far so wtf is sr even basing any evidence on...

The burden of proof is on Mayweather with respect to usage of roids/peds, not pacquiao. Pacquiao don't have to submit to blood test.

The burden of proof for Pacquiao on the otherhand would be to prove that Mayweather defame him.

Since when is an opinion an accusation anyway?
When there is malice in the opinion.

Too many wannabe lawyers and doctors in here. It doesn't change the fact that Pac has a case against a Mayweather for slander. Even a WBC founding secretary which has more credentials than any of us on here agrees that Pac has a viable case to sue.

Well at first I thought Manny seemed pretty guilty but it looks like Goldenboy is actually trying to sabotage the whole thing. The problem seems to be that USADA will only do RANDOM testing which is fine but that means they can't guarantee there won't be a blood test the day before, or ON the day of the fight. This is the hangup. Manny and his people are agreeing to have blood tests and urine tests but need to be sure they won't have blood taken close to or ON fight day so they want the folks that run the NFL/MLB's testing. Apparently they can make concessions that there will be no blood drawn within a few days of the fight.

Basically, Goldenboy is trying to make Manny look like a cheat and refuses to compromise. Looks like Floyd never wanted the fight. Not surprising.

Also to add that Pacquiao stated "Mayweathers talks too much"

I LOVE IT.tHE mAYWEATHERS HAVE TO LEARN they can't just go public and try to ruin someone name WITHOUT ANY PROOF.Manny WILL win in court because the fact that the Mayweathers went PUBLIC with an accusation, that they have no PROOF of.If it can cost Manny money(which it will),AND THERE IS NO proof, which there isn't,MANNY WILL SUE AND WIN.The fact that the Mayweathers went PUBLIC to so many different outlets, without PROOF,CALLING MANNY A STEROID USER AND CHEATER and the fact that it may cost Manny financially as far as fights and future financial endevears with commercials and so on THERE IS A SLANDER LAWSUIT HERE!!Team Golden boy better slow their role or they may be in court next to the Mayweathers.
