You can only use freedom of speech to a certain extent. If not, then its ok to report what someone was doing without evidence.

For example, i'm a reporter and i report that elmalo29 is gay. i have no evidence but it has affected public perception. everyone in boxingscene thinks you are gay. you lost potential good karma's because everyone thinks you are gay.

mayweather sr. has already said on record that he's sure pac is on the juice. all pac needs to prove is that he's clean (he may not even have to take any tests as there's no evidence at all that he's been on the juice), the other requisites for a tort case iof defamation (slander/libel) is to prove that it was intentional and caused damage, both of which are quite evident. it's pretty much a slam dunk case.

what do you know about integrity? the family you idolize includes a convicted drug dealer his brother that looks likely to be convicted of assault and battery and his son who involved in a domestic violence fiasco. where was mayweather jr's integrity when he showed total disregard for the agreed weight against marquez? the mayweather's know that jr can't even carry manny's jockstrap in terms of legacy so they just try to defame him.

i can give my opinion about everything as long as it does not affect someone in a bad way. in mayweather's case, they let the whole world know theirs even if they cannot support it and now they have to face the consequences.
