LOL I don't know why a lot of you bother watching Boxing anymore. There will always be an excuse for someone winning or losing, cheating, etc.

Regardless of who wins the fight (if it gets off the ground), you guys will make excuses till the end of time, so why don't you guys just come up with the excuses now and save everyone some time?

I think that the judge's [or jury's] decision will depend more on whether any actual damage was caused, or if the "negative" publicity aroused public interest in a way that ordinary advertizing could not do, leading to exactly the opposite effect........

In this case, there would be NO damage caused, quite the OPPOSITE...........

Also the judge/jury would have to consider whether Manny is so much a public figure, that he's "fair game" for making accusations [with NO penalty] of a kind that, in a person's private life, would be regarded as slander/libel, but with Manny's world-wide public fame, would be regarded as the "price one must pay" for fame .
