Jr. also has the right to peace of mind that he's in a fair fight. Looks like this will remain a stalemate. OST or no fight.

Since when is an opinion an accusation anyway?
when i say "i think you are dumb", it is an opinion.
when i say "you are dumb", its now an accusation. its up to me to prove to you that you are dumb.

in addition, they say that pacquiao's rejection of USADA testing is proof that he's hiding something. what if i say that i think you are dumb because you believe everything mayweather (proof that you are dumb)

now, is it still not accusation anymore?

Exactly floyd does have that right..And manny has the right to refuse
it,which he did.It just makes manny look bad for not accepting.
Floyd did nothing wrong asking for this drug test.

Crackhead Sr. ACCUSED Pac of using PEDs repeatedly during interviews, then backtracked out of fear of being sued. But the damage has been done. Now every tool thinks he uses them. Using frigging semantics doesn't change the fact that the accusations have damaged his reputation and his name. and now Floyd's dad, his uncle Jeff, and Floyd himself will have to pay for it -- and in a forum where the Mayweathers have never won -- the courts. Sad thing to happen to a talent like Floyd, but they are doing it to themselves.

No. They came after Floyd after his first video interview of stating Manny was on steroids. Guess what... in said interview Floyd Sr. said that it was his "opinion".

Took the words out of my mouth. I remember Floyd saying something like "steroids from the Philippines" or something like that in the RA interview. I don't know if that is strong enough, but I am going to playback that interview.

The judge will say, fight floyd with the USADA drug testing and if your proven clean and win the match, you win this case. It'll be drama!!!!

to all those people who thinks manny is on steroids or PEDs and said that manny has to be tested to clear his name. the burden of proof is on your side not on mannys. you need to give some proof/evidence to support your allegations. he doesnt need to be tested becoz he is innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubts

Right. Sorry if I don't take the time to look everything up just to refute you, but it is Xmas (merry xmas BTW), and I just feel like sitting my ass down for once.

But I stand by what I remember seeing and reading in interviews the first time his accusations came out. Anyway, once Pac files the case, it will be up to courts to decide, not fans.
