these threads are pointless, as pacquiao supports will say manny, & floyd supporters will say floyd.

I think for a die-hard boxing fan either would be great, the fight alone is a gift. But to a casual sports fan, Pacquiao is going to bring in more press and more interest to the sport.
if thats the case, why does May outsell him...dumb

i'd want it to be a DRAW.so a rematch or possibly a TRILOGY would take place.w/c i believe is the BEST for boxing.

people like you seem to forget mosley dodged floyd twice and cottos team kept cotto from May.

            and who was Marg again

I would tend to agree with that to some extent. Although with any poll there are going to be voters with agendas and baises.. It is boxingscene after all, land of huggers and haters. However, does 75% really just like Pacquiao more than Mayweather? I would think the split between supporters is a little closer.

i have to say pacquiao. because if floyd wins boxing will die due to the fact of how boring floyd fight, just like when floyd was still a #1 lb4lb.

Always said the same thing, Drew -- the best thing that could ever happen to Mayweather is a loss. It would make him a better fighter, willing to take more risks.

He doesn't outsell him. Not any more. Maybe you haven't moved on since 2007.
