I think PAC win will b great for boxing,

It'll shock alot of people and prove pacs legacy

mayweather might just get greater, take bigger risks, and have a couple more great fights

      Take risks???

So Pac is not the P4P King....did he not just KO his last 4 opponents?

Yet Floyd doesnt take risks...then what the **** is Pac.......Henry Bruseles?

I kinda of think that it goes to show that no matter who Floyd fights, he will always been looked at as not taking risks...but I mean, he is about to fight Pac right now but I guess that is not good enough for some ppl.

throw the track record out of the window, they are fighting EACH OTHER now.

Of course Pacquiao is the P4P king but he'll gain even greater recognition for that ranking if he manages to beat the former P4P king.

Erm... neither? As long as the right man on the night wins it's great for boxing.

hmmm...I think it goes the other way around Drew.

if the former beats the current, that means a bit more.

                  "don't you think?"

I love the part on Lion King when Rafiki said that...

One fight doesnt make you a risk taker. His P4P reign was laced with "safer" fights than Pacquiao's has been.

I gotta go with a Pac win being better. He's more of a traditional champion. He seems to garner a broader appeal, bringing in a lot of otherwise uninterested boxing fans.

I think for a die-hard boxing fan either would be great, the fight alone is a gift. But to a casual sports fan, Pacquiao is going to bring in more press and more interest to the sport.
