cotto said he wants 2 more fights... that means 1 tune up, then 1 money fight with any of the following boxers: pbf, dlh, hatton,
What now for Cotto? Cotto vs Chavez Jr in 2010?

I do not think Cotto is going to get a fight with Mayweather Oscar is not coming out of retirement Pully. Besides Oscar could have fought Cotto before he was humiliated by PAC in front of the world and quit on his stool. The fight would still have to be at 154lbs if it did happen and that means Cotto would fight his next fight at 154 rather than his 147lb weight. I know for one I don't want to see Oscar fight again. As for Hatton vs Cotto that would be at 147lbs and Hatton did not look good above 140 in any of his fights at that. For Hatton to go up to 147 and fight a puncher like Cotto would be ******ity....LeftyComment

I think he got a lot of options:
-Berto-Mosley winner/looser
-Floyd-Pac looser
-Collazo
-Chavez Jr @ 154
-Foreman @ 154
-Cintron @ 154-147
-Angulo @154
-Margarito
I think he will get a good but easy fight in June at MSG with JuanMa in the co-event (hopefully against Gamboa), and then a final fight in October.Comment

I think he got a lot of options:
-Berto-Mosley winner/looser - Only if Mosley can't land the winner of Pac vs FMJ and maybe after that fight.
-Floyd-Pac looser only if it is Floyd because I don't think anyone wants to see a rematch of he and PAC
-Collazo would not make sense Collazo gives everyone trouble and I would not want to put him in there and risk him getting beat by Collazo too much risk not enough reward
-Chavez Jr @ 154
-Foreman @ 154
-Cintron @ 154-147
I agree with the three I have highlighted because I reffer to the CRILLS rule "styles make fights u understand" He matches up good against these styles he can come forward and do what he needs to in order to win.
-Angulo @154
-Margarito
Both the above fighters are extreme pressure fighters and Cotto does not clinch to break up a fighters rythem so stylistically they both would have the advantage. I think the fight with either of them would much play out the same as it has with Cotto Margarito already has with the slight chance of Cotto getting the decision like he did against Clottey if either of them ran out of steam late which I do not see happening...Lefty

2. dlh is still a big money fight, it has to atleast be on the table
3. hatton could ask for the 145 lbs catchweight.Comment

I don't think Floyd would fight Cotto if he losses to Pacquiao. My gut tells me he would opt for something different. maybe he fights Hatton again if Hatton can win a fight before that and they do it in the UK? I just don't see Floyd fighting Cotto and personally I would not want to see the fight even though I think Cotto would do better stlye wise against FMJ that he would against PAC but who knows ? I still see Cottos future in the 154lb division...Like said ealier he can not have to worry so much about cutting weight. I really don't see Hatton fighting Cott a puncher to the head and bady and a much bigger man than he. Hatton to me has had no sucess at WW. As for Oscar man he is done stick a fork in him did you watch his fight against PAC Pully? He couldn't punch he looked worse than Roy against Calzaghe and that is pretty bad (sorry REED)...LeftyComment

2. cotto shouldn't fight at 154 if he has trouble against big WWs.
3. dlh is all about the $$$$$. it has to be on the table.
cotto has no business at 154. he just got beat up by a former 106 lber.Comment
