He doesn't have a title, the only shiet that's making him ahead is the hoya fight which he credits himself as the cash cow, and i guarantee if its not pulled off hes bitching out from this fight.
Let me see who he fights after? I am sure it ain't making money as much as pac
Pacquiao could fight JMM 3, Shane Mosley, Bradley, or take on another title at 154.
Im out

If Mayweather/Pacquaio can't be made, Mosley will fight Mayweather next, not Pacquaio. Why? Because Mosley knows that he can make a hell of a lot more money fighting Mayweather than Pacquaio. And, in spite of what all of the geniuses on this site think, Mayweather is not the only one who fights for money. Mosley, Pacquaio, Cotto, Marquez and everyone else in the fight business care more about money than legacy, even if they don't say it openly like Floyd. Five million dollars means a hell of a lot more than legacy and that is how much more Mosley would get fighting Mayweather than Pacquaio.

Guys...this is what happens with casual boxer fans.. "boxer fans" they only see boxers and not boxing as a sport. How can anyone dislike Manny? I just can't believe it.
Is it because he's a small guy? Asian? what?
He goes in there trying to entertain, making all of his fights exciting? fighting the best, champions, HOF's. Taking risks, calling out fighters Floyd Jr. did everything to duck.
The thing with them.... they really can't win, those who liked Manny as a fighter will not feel this way if he loses.
I am a Filipino, I did not also liked Manny before because of his jab, jab, straight left kind of fighting, his lack of patience and discipline, but now he matured and started studying his opponents. As for me, I want an entertaining fight. I liked Cotto, and will Continue to follow his career, losing does not mean a thing if you fought the best in the business.
Sugar Ray Robinson had 19 losses, but nobody give a **** about that right?
He's remembered because of his exciting fights, and he is considered by many as the best P4P fighter of all time.

Pac's popularity has reached an apex, he has captured general interest from casual sport observers. Floyd once again attempting to price himself out...big surprise. The fight needs to get signed 50/50 split, winner gets bonus. Mayweather benefited due to the exposure he received courtesy of Oscar De La Hoya, prior to that Mayweather couldn't sell out a barn, his argument isn't exactly compelling, just predictable.
