the only time floyd got more than 400k ppv buys was his last 3 fights.

floyd's 130 and 135 fights were not even on ppv that i remember.

i think his 1st ppv was gatti at 140 and that didn't do 400k.

first off most of you pacquiao fans don't know **** about boxing all you know about is manny pacquiao so for the most part you are ******.
how am i makin stuff up?all i said was that i don't think pacquiao and his people want the fight with floyd and if you want some reasons why i think that here they go
1.if pacquiao and his people wanted to fight floyd they would have gave up the bigger piece of the pie but they didn't they could of fought floyd instead of miguel but they didn't want to they had rather fought miguel cotto and gain some more leverage over mayweather
2.manny pacquiao says he doesn't have to call floyd out
3.ariza and roach had both said that manny doesn't need floyd that they could always fight marquez for a 3rd time
4.the fact theat manny and his team want it to be split 60/40 for pacquiao and they also want the fight at 145
in all reality if pacquiao and his people really wanted the fight they would make it happen

from ur logic..same would have to be said of ur boyfriend...if he really wants to fight pac...he will make it happen...beating a lightweight and coming in overweight on a mexican week wont cut it...***** please!!

enough would have been a number that proves Pacquiao as an individual brings in more revenue than Floyd Mayweather as an individual.

quick question, if it had been Pacquiao v Marquez on September 19th do you think it'd have brought in 1m PPV buys? i strongly doubt it myself...

if they didnt fight years before and pac is as big as he is now....yes they will make that..

Tell me why is it that Mayweather-De La Hoya did 2.5 (and was the biggest fight in boxing)...then Oscar only does 1.25M PPVs with Pac?.....

and if mayweather said that he is the draw and made 2.4 mil from ODLH how come he only made 1 mil with marq???

thats what im sayin everybody was hatin on Mayweather Marquez sayin it was a mismatch and they wans't buyin the fight and all the boxing websites were hatin on the fight but it still does a million now they hyped Pacquiao-Cotto like it was going to be the best fight ever and they only did a lilttle bit more than Mayweather-Marquez but with the way they hyped up Pacquiao-Cotto it should have sold at least 2 million PPV

with the long months to market and promote floyd marq fight and the supposed injury and when the fight was moved to mexican day...i thought floyd marq would make better than 1 mil......

I don't really buy into all this who sells more bull**** PPV stuff but that is good news for boxing

Floyd's numbers could be seen as more impressive since Marquez isn't much of a PPV draw, whereas in Manny's fight a large portion of the buys was from Cotto's homeland

lol...before that fight was Pac-JMM 2..(in a fight many fans thought he won).....that fight did 400k...then he goes to fight Casamayor and the fight does 100K....

after an epic disputed war with Pac he goes from 400k PPV's to 100K PPV's....that in no way shows me a HUGE following from mexican fans

its simple...floyd is american...and americans would buy american products...

would americans favor a boxer even if he is the greatest of his era and from a third world to get 50% of the pie in a boxing match in america and against an american...
