Pacquiao-Marquez 3: Roach Would Want it at 145

Manny vs Marquez is a sleeper...no one is going to REALLY want to watch it at 145. We already saw that Marquez isn't good at 145.

If Manny wants to fight Marquez, then go down to 140 since he said he can go from 140 to 147 easily. Again, we already know what happend to Marquez at 145.

This catchweight stuff should'nt have had happend for a title belt. Now how is Manny going to DEFEND THAT BELT!? Its a belt for 147 not 145. SO now he is going to have to defend it at 147, if he isn't going to then strip it from him, if he is, the sanctioning body better do their work and make him defend it at the 147 limit.

Manny and UglyMayweather should fight and fight at 147..end of story.

Didn't Mayweather get **** for taking on a fight with JMM at 144? Now Pac wants it at 145? Isn't this why Mayweather claims its always ok for Pac to do something like this but not him?

Also Manny IS the WW champ. How about he makes it an official WW fight. No catchweight BS... BTW isn't that why everyone hates on Mayweather? All this catchweight **** is getting old.

Also if this was Mayweather talking about fighting someone other than Pac wouldn't that be called ducking? Why is Pac talking about JMM? Shouldn't it be about Mayweather? Again if this was the other way around and Mayweather doing this he would be getting ****. Which goes back to why he (Mayweather) feels the way he does....

at the end of the day Pac DID prove he can fight and handle WW's. How about we get a REAL WW fight? Is that too much to ask for?

This just proves that they don't want Mayweather fighting the best.
People just want to see him lose. Roach is already looking for a way out
of this fight. Talking about it's going to be difficult negotiating with
Floyd but wasn't it difficult making Pac agree on the terms with De La Hoya
and Hatton? I don't know how old a lot of these guys on here are but
everything is as plain as day when it comes to Roach. I even posted a
video when Roach said the reason for him wanting Catchweights is to
give Manny an advantage but people on here still thought I was the
one bugging and making it up when Roach said it himself on the video.
I now realize some people want to believe want the want to believe to
justify how they feel with no hardcore facts so they can be right. A lot
of posts are more from a personal out look than an annalytical or non fiction
one. Roach is doing catchweights to give Pac an edge. Pac is the WW
champ now so he needs to step up and fight at 147. He demolished
Cotto so there is no excuses from Arum, Roach, Manny or his fans.
Manny/Mayweather at 147 or else Roach/Manny is nervous straight up.
How can Floyd be ducking Manny and his camp don't even want the fight
at 147? Also, why would they want to fight JMM at 145? Because Roach
saw how Marquez looked at the higher weights and want to secure
a dominate win over JMM because he is the only one to have debately
beat Manny the second time. Roach ain't slick. I like Manny Pacquiao
but it looks like their building his career up strictly on advantages alone.

People tell the truth and Pac stans call you a hater, the same with Floyd fans, I give Manny credit for the Cotto fight, but he could have easily have fought Shane at 140 which is 3 lbs lower then what Freddie wanted against Shane, but for some odd reason Freddie choose Cotto.

why catchweights, if all they do is drain the opponent?

Manny hasn't even weighed close to 147 for both fights he had at WW

and he doesn't have to weigh 147 on the dot to fight at Welter

**it's bringing his down with him to a catchweight I have a problem with

since Manny is the naturally smaller man and career wise has had so few fights at 140 and above, putting in a catchweight of 145 will be harder on the opponent then Pacquiao

making the fight at a catchweight isn't fighting the WW opponent at their best, and other then "needing the edge"

purposely making the fight at the lower weight is cowardly and should be called so

Pacquiao has already had 2 fights at WW, and now holds an alphabet title at Welterweight

there should be no legitimate reason to try and make any more fights at 145.

if Manny wants to weigh 145 fine by him, but he shouldn't be allowed to drag his opponent down with him to that weight
