I really don't get what's your point here?

The Chump states that Pacquiao has outgrown Marquez , but uses poor analogy and incorrect facts.

Has Pacquioa outgrown Marquez? I think it has to do more with the fact that Marquez is getting old and Team Pacquaio & Arum are counting on this when/if they give him another shot. By imposing a weight advantage, they want to tilt the fight in their favor in every important facet.

Dam, you hit the nail on the head. The fact is that he never could. Then factor in the fact that he knows he lost the last fight by losing the last two rounds (that is when you need to show up if you intend to win a fight). Reality messes with you my friend.

Pacquiao is the WBO Welterweight champ. You can't expect him to defend that belt at 140 or 135. Roach is actually generous giving him a chance at 145 for the 147 belt

Is that the catchweight belt? The last belt Pacquiao actually won at the weight class limits is the Lightweight belt when he decide to fight handpicked David "Slow Motion" Diaz. Pacquiao is the Ring Champion at Light Welterweight/Junior Welterweight. This is the weight I see the fight actually happening at since he did beat Hatton at the weight class limits.

There is no point in it, Marquez would be ineffective.

The IBO Junior Welterweight/Super Lightweight belt or the Catchweight BS belt?

since when did the Welterweight division exclusively become "the 147 pound division"

147 is the maximum weight you can weigh for a Welterweight title fight .. not a be all to end all. or why would fighters at WW be allowed to weigh in under 147?
