man, if pacqiao wants to fight morales he, should move up in weight and challenge him then, because he is the one who needs the fight, not morales, and its true that its hard for morales to make 130 now, its better if he moves up and takes on slightly bigger fishes..He is a lion none the less.

Eric can go up and fight in the higher weight class . . . it is his career. A Rematch? So that Pac can get screwed up again? It's better for Pac to stick to the original plan . . . win or lose he is going back to 126.

The fight was close enough for a rematch. Both are PPV material(it did better than Barrera vs Morales) and both are top of their game. A rematch has to be in order otherwise there will always be questions and disputes. You just need to go round the forums to see that not everyone shares the same opinion. A rematch will answer alot of questions, such as headbutt, gloves and perhaps a new pacman.

Brown bomber, cuts caused by punch ok, cuts caused by headbutt...Unless Morales plans to headbutt him again, hes not gonna be blind on one eye again therefore things like these has to be taken into factor on the outcome of a rematch without these things. Not saying Pac will win, just that he deserves a rematch.

Bro that's what he said after losing . . . he is staying at 130, but prior to that he declared that he wants to stick to 126 where he is still recognized at the top of the p4p list.

I guess we need to wait . . . the guy is troubled rightnow, let's give him enough time to consider his options.

First off, Jose Luis Castillo and Diego Corrales would both starch the smaller Morales. If you've seen Gatti-Gamache, you know what I mean. Number 2, Pacquiao deserves the rematch because the first fight was very close and a rematch without amateur gloves is the only way to settle the issue.
morales expressed that he will be moving up in weight if and when castillo beats corrales... when castillo wins, he will vacate the title and move up... then erik will contend for the belt... i thought he only wants to fight the best??? shush...

Well Manny won't be able to begin training until that eye heals, and that would be May, so he won't likely fight again until July.

At that point I'm sure he'll take a tune up, as 3 of his last 4 fights have been against the best out there.

Weather he stays at 130 or goes back to 127 is up in the air.

i scored it 6rds to 6 even but 2 of the rds i gave to pac
morales threw and landed more shots according to compubox
so 115-113 on all scorecards seems fair to me.

lets please stop saying a new pac could win.

he didnt show anything new against marquez, fahshan or morales.

and i dont see him ever making any groundbreaking improvements.

i still feel pac could beat morales but just like against barrera,
if morales fights the right fight he should win almost everytime.

lastly it wasnt a great fight IMO and jones jr saying that fight
& morales-barrera III were 2 of the best fights hes ever seen was
pure ****riding hype. infact the commentary for the whole fight
was another dose of the hbo bias. sometimes i think they have
thier own idea on how the fight should go & try to force the fight
top fit that idea lol. also i wish roy would just once mention
his 2 ko losses as hes so critical of other fighters careers.

anyways i dont want to make this a jones bashing thread.

                    peace..s******

ps:ive only watched the fight once so dont give me too much ****
for my 6rds to 6 even outcome morales won. fairly.

                    and pac bitched instead.

i think pac's best weight is at 126. i hope his handlers advise him to fight marquez for the title. and i hope marquez would agree this time on an equally divided purse. if pacquiao could take the crown, his marketability will soar more and that means more money is at stake per fight. i would like him to pursue the case against murad and to send him to jail! murad deserves to be jailed inside a crocodile's den (a place where his brothers and sisters dwell)!
