he knows down deep he cant beat tony,he knows it and uses that as an excuse, all the talk he made about how he had doubts,he should be man enough and show people and himself tony can't beat him,but he won't because he knows he'll lose, tony takes all of his punches well but not cotto...and it was proof against clottey he just fades and punches start landing....or did clottey have something in his gloves?lol..no,cotto simply can't beat tony,

I have been saying the same thing, but Cotto fans just don't think Cotto should avenge his lost.

But I know YOU PRs already forget Cotto saying he wanted to fight Tony still to clear any questions about that lost, which made me a certified Cotto Fan...but now he pulls this ****, makes him sound like Floyd with Mosley (He is on roids so won't fight him)

I can tell you right now that i'm a cotto fan, i like his heart and his fights are entertaining and exciting, but the only reason that i can come up with for him not wanting this rematch is simple; He doesn't think he can win.

Or maybe he just doesn't want to give Margacheato a payday. I don't blame Cotto for being bitter when Marg in all likelyhood cheated and apparently is just about ready to resume a career that should have ended with a 5 year stint in St.Quentin.

Big catch 22: a need to avenge loss and not wanting to give a suspected cheater a big reward. Cotto should say ok but only if Margarito gets a flat $500,000 or just wait till he falls into debt but definitely watch how he peforms against a good fighter without plaster.

i'd like to see this rematch - i'd love to see this with an 85/15 purse split.

have margarito take another beating, yes he also took a beating, and still be broke as ****.

I wouldn't. Marg. shouldn't get any opportunity whatsoever. As far as I'm concerned he has committed a cardinal sin and Cotto has every right to feel bitter and cheated.

Margarito could've quit on his stool in the fight against Mosley, but he went out like a true soldier. Cotto kept taking knees when one of them he wasn't even hit with a punch when he did it. My question is, if Cotto isn't willing to fight any of the other top guys at 147 after he beats Pac, is he going to move up to 154? Or is he going to fight a rematch with little Pac? He's like Margarito is. He's glad to fight Manny Pacquiao. And according to you guys, he has no score to settle with Margarito like Margarito was glad to fight Manny Pacquiao and had no score to settle with Paul Williams.
