hopkins shouldn't be in there IMO, since his last big win was against a ballooned MW. mosley should be there but a bit lower, so cotto can be ranked better than him if he beats pac. if floyd was made #3 in the WW and #2 in p4p for beating a LW that was struggling, i think the least that cotto should get for beating a JWW that's #1 p4p is a #3 in the p4p and #1 in the WW rankings
