cotto was kicking his ass easily and will do it again. margie got in a couple of shot when the wraps hardend but it won't happen in a rematch if it goes down. but cotto is right to not let this kind of cheater in this already deadly sport make good money off his name.

The rounds that Cotto won in the early part of the fight were close because Margarito was still wearing him down with whatever punch he hit him with. The rounds that Margarito won was a wipe out like the sixth round for example. Cotto knows he cannot beat Margarito. What explains Cotto's busted up nose in the second round? Was that because of plaster?

Margarito has got Cotto shook. End of story. If Cotto really thought he was cheated, he would try to avenge that defeat. But he'd rather go after a former Flyweight and fight a rematch with him after the first fight than fight someone his own size. Notice of how he never gave Clottey a rematch or Mosley a rematch in Vegas like Mosley demanded. Cotto is pretty much similar to Margarito. His style only works against smaller guys. Both are overrated fighters, but it just so happens that Cotto is the more overrated of the two. Sure, he fought on practically even terms with Mosley for most of the fight, but when it got down to the last rounds Cotto was looking for a place to hide because he was winded and ready to go. Clottey is the only guy that Cotto has beat that's a full fledged Welter, and he barely survived that fight because of Clottey's lack of mental toughness. Mosley outlanded Cotto in power punches and rocked Cotto more than Cotto rocked him.

Cotto dictated how he wanted to fight in the Mosley fight. If anyone's head was getting rocked back just off of stiff jabs it was Mosley but no one really rocked anyone in that fight. Overall in total punches landed they were about even with Cotto being the more accurate of the two.

Maybe he barely got past Clottey cause he was fighting with a cut that had blood pouring into his eye for 8-9 rounds.

As far as Margarito goes I don't know what the fanboy love with him is after he got caught cheating. Why should Cotto give him another payday after he cheated?

People conviniently forget that Cotto was ready to rematch him until Margarito got caught cheating. Cotto took the Jennings fight as a tune-up and was going for the rematch next so how is he scared of Margarito?

hey iceta there's a difference from getting hit with a glove and a loaded glove. those shots cotto took well. when the wraps hardend then thats a different story.mosley laughed at margacheatos punches. before that shane hit cotto harder than margs and cotto took them well. so there you have it.
