Since "it's who you beat" that defines greatness, according to you, please humor me with this .....Ortiz moved to 154 and beat the great Thomas Dulorme in his first fight. So according to you, Dulorme is way better than Zayas. Unbelievable.
Just fyi, Boots had destroyed Dulorme 4 years prior to the ATG Ortiz fought him.

Either that (Ballz) or he is taking a fight too early in his boxing career and it will set him back.

You just summed up most of boxing and match making these days..................Play it safe and hype it up, and people will just repeat what the promo boys are saying. Sell it Sell Sell it but never take the chance to smell it, cuss it usually stinks............

Saluie to Xander Zayas! I've heard that he really pushed for this fight! I don't think he's ready, but I gotta respect his courage! That said, Boots FINISH HIM!!!

If we have to give Zander credit for taking a fight nobody thinks he can win, then we need to give Thurman credit too. He was all heart and less chance than Zander. What's the point?

Since Oscar is making Ortiz go MIA legally, the Zayas vs Ennis fight is unbeaten vs unbeaten, champ vs contender, we need more of that. Some divisions don't even have this much going for them. Too many solid 154 pound fighters to have top 10 to fighters sitting on the sidelines or unwilling to fight. If they can all fight each other, that makes up for some fights that can't be made right now.

Everybody has a zero these days. Stanionis had a zero too. Who did Zayas beat? Without going to Boxrec, where did his titles come from? There are too many titles and politics selling products nobody asked for. I think we are reducing boxing to Sadism, or pain management where we ooh and awe after the hangman cooks a goose.

From a distance, it looks like a good fight, but... Boots is -450 betting favorite, and no serious boxing fan is giving him a chance.
