He's definitely not on the Mount Rushmore of boxing but he's still an ATG.

He has his limitations, he has had some gift decisions but with his accomplishments and resume even with taking the gift decisions into account he's still an ATG.

Where is the cut off point in terms of being an ATG? To me its the top/best 100 fighters. Do I think he makes that? sure.
Easily in the top 100 most accomplished and among the top 100 resumes
