Parker has never been one-shotted and its over. Joshua couldn't do it, neither Wilder nor Zhang nor Bakole. Frawdley certainly ain't gonna do it.

If Lockhart and Lee get Parker into the same shape and headspace he was before Sniffles shat his pants, Fabio, like Bakole will be the one going nighty night!

Great fight between 2 top contenders. Hopefully the winner faces Usyk next followed by the winner of Kabayel-Hrgovic which also needs to be made.

Itauma should be next in line after that which will give him a few more fights to mature.

You're very confident. You might be right. Bakoke was obviously a myth, Wilder has been done for 3 years and Zhang practically fights in treacle. If Parker had fought and beat any of them 5 years ago it would be something worth celebrating but not now. Wardley is the first live opponent Parker has fought for years and if he lands Parker don't get up....... probably

I like this matchup. Wardley not the most skilled boxer but he has some incredible power and has the belief that his power can change any fight in an instant.

Parker is more skilled and has a good chin, he can't get complacent at any moment of the fight.

If he did retire now, he'd become the first sitting champion to cut and run with several deserving contenders on the table. Fury, Joshua and Chisora represent some great work, but all three were past their peak when Usyk edged them.

Hardly the spirit of a great champion.

joshua was aged 31 just KO'ed pulev and the unified champ when he fought usyk with AJ being a strong betting favourite at the time

"Unsurprisingly then, Joshua is the strong 4/11 favourite with Betfair to retain his titles, while Usyk is 9/4 to produce a shock in north London"

                  lol

A significant and potentially entertaining match-up.

                      Chisora???

Usyk chinned the man who chinned AJ. Fury had two bites of the apple and came up short both times. Usyk has proven everything already.
