I think Moses is being overrated dramatically with people talking about a Usyk fight. He hasn't done ****. People were calling Jared Anderson the next best thing and look what happened to him. He too was flashy and KOing everyone.

Until Moses passes the chin test, I don't think we should overhype him just yet as the next best thing because that's all it takes to end the hype train. 1 clean shot.

..... Itauma has fought in four 10-round fights.
      He's never had a 12 rounder.
      This isn't a superfight. It's not even a fight.

Between some popular HWs being close to retirement (Wilder, Zhang), and with Usyk cleaning out the division, pickings really are slim at HW.

Itauma's a legit talent but way too green whereas Usyk is highly experienced and probably the best fighter on the planet. Still, it would be a great learning fight for Moses although I'd rather see him fight other top contenders first like Kabayel or Parker before fighting the p4p #1.
You don't seem to know that Floyd Canelo was a corrupted event. Canelo got the $5m bonus to play soft on Floyd. No rematch, case closed. Itauma and Usyk would be a real fight as Usyk doesn't play dirty mainly because he has the wealth now and the morality to keep it real. Floyd and Haymon would do ANYTHING for more money.

Wilder also dodged Whyte for two years when he was no. 1 mandatory challenger. Whyte is a beast. Itauma better be ready for the fight of his life because Whyte is finished if he loses this. Whyte is fighting for survival.
Yes Whyte had his head up in the cloud, was so close to being champion and got taken down back to earth by ancient Povetkin I see the same scenario unfold here, same KO even.

Whyte comes to fyte. Sometimes he's gonna walk into something. I like his style and his mindset. He's a throwback who will fight anyone. Let's see what he has left.

Kabayel and Parker are clearly the fights for Usyk right now. Moses has talent but he is most likely many years away from being the finished article and given that Usyk is in the twilight of his career their paths shouldnt be crossing. One guy should be retiring within 3 fights and the other is 3 fights or more away from being at a level where he should be challenging a guy like Usyk.

That said, wouldnt surprise me if the fight happens anyway, because of the commercial pull of the UK boxing market. They may well just throw Moses in there hoping Usyk has faded enough and they're in the right place at the right time to capitalize on it.

Never fond of backing fighters from the stable of Boxercise Ben either.

And I don't think Itauma would beat Parker or Kabayel, either.
Chisora and Joyce beat Parker recently.
Zhang had him down every time he touched him.
I think Itauma will be just fine there!

Kabayel on the other hand is a handful for sure.

Chisora lost twice to Parker and the Joyce fight was 3 years ago.

Parker has won six in a row since the loss including wins over Zhang, Bakole, and Wilder.

Itauma has no quality opponents on his record. None.
