He's gonna get hurt at 130 by Shock Foster. Bad move.
Fulton's last 10 fights, including the upcoming fight against Foster
vs O'Shaquie Foster; 26-3-0 (reigning and 2X WBC 130 champion)
W vs Brandon Figueroa UD 12; 25-1-1 (reigning WBC 126 champion, former WBC 122 champion)
W vs Carlos Castro SD 10; 30-2-0 (challenging Rey Vargas for the WBC 126 title soon)
L vs Naoya Inoue TKO 8; 24-0-0 (current 4 division world titlist and 2 division undisputed champion)
    W vs Daniel Roman UD 12; 29-3-1 (former unified WBA/IBF 122 champion)
W vs Brandon Figueroa MD 12; 22-0-1 (reigning WBC 122 and future WBC 126 champion)
W vs Angelo Leo UD 12; 20-0-0 (reigning WBO 122, future IBF 126 champion)
    W vs Arnold Khegai UD 12; 16-0-1
    W vs Isaac Avelar UD 12; 15-0-0
W vs Paulus Ambunda UD 12; 27-2-0 (former WBO 118 champion)

That is a ridiculously high quality of opposition. Fulton consistently fights the best guy that will agree to fight him and so far only Inoue has managed to beat him.

He's been fighting high level guys consistently.
aside from the Monster, he's beat all of them, including Leo, which is impressive.

Espinoza has a belt at 126. Why won't Fulton unify with him? If he's not willing to clean up 126, what chance would have have against Shock Foster at 130?

Espinoza would never, ever step into the ring with Fulton. Espinoza is a basic plodder who couldn't hit Fulton in a phone booth.

Hilarious how you keep accusing guys with considerably better resumes of ducking a man whose only good opponent was 14-3.

-Just want to note, Robeisy was (13-1, 8 KOs) when he fought Espinoa, having avenged his debut loss.

-Isaac Dogboe wasn't faded, he was 28 years old and coming off a 4 win streak with wins over Christopher Diaz and Joet Gonzalez. His losses before that coming from Navarrete.

-Robeisy starched ranked contenders Abraham Nova and Brandon Benitez who was ranked 8th in the WBO rankings. Also a Argentinian Jose Matias Romero that had moved up to 135-140, he wasn't downed or stopped by the likes of Isaac Cruz. But he was against Ramirez. If Robeisy were to fight again like he did in the first fight with Rafael, I favor him over Figueroa, Lopez, Vargas and Ball convincingly.

-Rafael Espinoza also beat Edward Vazquez convincingly, the only one that did so as Edward had some debatable losses to Ford and Cordina. Vazquez was ranked #10 featherweight by the IBF. As he contended at both 126 and 130 to find opportunities. Vazquez shouldn't be counted as lesser than Kameda, as he is legitimate and just as tested in home soil of USA. Plus he was tested in the same divisions as Divino, in contrast to Kameda who was below at 118-122. Espinoza and Angelo Leo are pretty even when it comes to accomplishments at 126 specifically.

I understand Fulton has the best resume at featherweight and he is the upper echelon of the current champions, but let's not pretend that at 126, anyone doesn't have a legitimate chance against him, especially a long high output boxer-puncher who is just as sharp and strong as Carlos Castro. He isn't a fighter who smothers his work and can't do something else other than pressure Ineffectively like Figueroa.

Don't think Fulton would be the favorite against the quite well rounded champion at Super Featherweight like O'Shaquie Foster.

This dude acts like the two wins over Robeisy never happened and that Fulton wasn't dropped two fights ago.

Robeisy was considered elite and ascending the first time Espinoza beat him. Don't tell me you're gonna pretend that Fulton wasn't dropped and hanging on for dear life two fights ago. I like Steph, but stop acting like he's the second coming of Salvador Sanchez or Sandy Saddler.

Ramirez was not considered elite the first time Espinoza beat him. He was 13-1 and his only notable win was against a twice-beaten 122 pounder that moved up in Isaac Dogboe.

Dogboe only lost to Navarrete. I guess that made him a bum. Wasn't Mr. Fulton dropped two fights ago by an unknown?

Carlos Castro is only an "unknown" if you don't watch boxing. He took Luis Nery to a split decision, he got stopped by Figueroa, he beat Escandon and Servania, and he's challenging Rey Vargas for the WBC 126 title next.

Dogboe was coming of a split decision that most people though he lost against Joet Diaz and he lost again to Nick Ball immediately after the Ramirez fight. Dogboe is 1-4 against world title winning opposition with the only win coming against Jessie Magdaleno at 122 way back in 2018.
