It's like you can't connect two related concepts at all. It's amazing you can even type words into the response box and post.

Dogboe was coming of a split decision that most people though he lost against Joet Diaz and he lost again to Nick Ball immediately after the Ramirez fight. Dogboe is 1-4 against world title winning opposition with the only win coming against Jessie Magdaleno at 122 way back in 2018.
I am not saying that Carlos Castro isn't tested at all and he is quite difficult comeback fight for Vargas who could possibly pull the upset, he is a dangerous opponent for any contender. But I have seen his bout with Nery, it shouldn't had been Split Decision but a unanimous win decision for Nery, both also gave a difficult bout to Figueroa before getting stopped. It was competitive but Nery won it decidedly. Also wanted to note that Escandon was in the high end trail of his career while Servania was in downslide after his loss to Oscar Valdez.
Only one loss from Castro is debatable that he won, which is with Fulton, who should had won at least 5-6 rounds and knocked down his opponent down twice, but ref decided not to count the second one, counting it as a slip. Either a split decision win to Carlos or a draw would had been ideal.
Anyway I do think Fulton can beat anyone in the featherweight division, he did so with Leo and Figueroa at 122. He likely pull it off against Leo too, (Figueroa is also on the downslide like Fulton), He likely be the favorite against Ball. He can also beat Espinoza, but personally I don't see Fulton as the favorite here, based on performances, styles and their physical traits between two at 126. Espinoza just seems like a nightmare to deal with, whether you try to outbox him or pressure him, he can do both too, he has the sharpness and punching power to compliment his style too.
Accomplishments wise, Angelo Leo and Rafael Espinoza are even, both would be favored over Ball, Who has a win over Ford and a draw with Vargas, which is pretty good itself, if he gotten the win over Rey, his resume would be better than Rafael and Angelo, but he would still lose. Same with Fulton, who has a resume better than the three, but he doesn't possess enough punching power to keep at bay the 6'1 high output boxer puncher.
Just to make a height comparison, Carlos Castro has the same height/frame as featherweights to Edwards Vazquez. Only difference being reach.
Carlos Castro:
Height 5 ft 7 in (170 cm) Reach 70 in (178 cm)
Edward Vazquez:
Height 5 ft 7 in (170 cm) Reach 65 in (165 cm)

Whether you disagree that he won against Joet Gonzalez, that I can agree with. But it is debatable. Plus Dogboe got the notable wins compared to the former Super Bantamweights you mentioned. Losing to Nick Ball, a world champion, doesn't demerit Dogboe, and Robeisy did beat him while Isaac was in a winning streak.

Don't pretend it's a double standard and don't pretend you don't understand.
Espinoza's resume is absolutely garbage compared to Leo's.
