Losing to Espinoza is no shame. I see no line to fight the guy for a reason.Comment

It'd be a good fight for the fans. He's a Mexican fighter. I'm a Mexican-American fighter. And I think it'd be great for the fans. But I'm open to any of the champions, to be honest, although I think the Rafael Espinoza one would be great.Leo spoke with Bernard Neequaye about who he is eyeing in the featherweight division, including WBO titleholder Espinoza.
You even commented in the thread about it, so you saw him say it.
And here is Leo again calling him out after the Kameda fight:
Honestly, right now I would love to get that [WBO champion Rafael] Espinoza fight. I know he's tall and lanky, but I see a lot of flaws in him. A lot of things that we can expose and that would go to our advantage.
I'm pretty sure that [Top Rank] would want to make that fight. I'm not sure what plans they have for Espinoza, but if they want to do it, we're more than willing to.
Fulton is moving to 130. We've known that for months. Stop deflecting.Comment

Here he is in January saying he wants Espinoza after his then-upcoming mandatory defense against Kameda:

Leo still has wins over Luis Alberto Lopez, Tomoki Kameda in Kameda's home town on a card promoted by his brother, Aaron Alameda, Mike Plania, Tramaine Williams, etc.
Espinoza's entire resume is the same 14-3 fighter twice, and Ramirez's entire resume is a faded Isaac Dogboe.

Fulton is an elite fighter who has only lost to Inoue and is about to challenge for a world title in his third weight division against Foster. Wins over Brandon Figueroa twice, Angelo Leo, Carlos Castro, Paulus Ambunda, Danny Roman, Arnold Khegai, Isaac Avelar, etc.

He's gonna get hurt at 130 by Shock Foster. Bad move.Comment
