He won that vacant belt against Dogboe, defended it against nobody, and got beaten twice by Espinoza.

He also lost his pro debut to a nobody, getting dropped in the process.

He's a 14-3 fighter and his sole good win was against a faded Dogboe.

Losing to Espinoza is no shame. I see no line to fight the guy for a reason.

Leo called him out by name already and there were crickets from Bob Arum and the Espinoza camp.

Lies. Show me where Leo called anyone out. Leo don't even want a Fulton rematch.

Here he is in January saying he wants Espinoza after his then-upcoming mandatory defense against Kameda:
It'd be a good fight for the fans. He's a Mexican fighter. I'm a Mexican-American fighter. And I think it'd be great for the fans. But I'm open to any of the champions, to be honest, although I think the Rafael Espinoza one would be great.

You even commented in the thread about it, so you saw him say it.

And here is Leo again calling him out after the Kameda fight:
Honestly, right now I would love to get that [WBO champion Rafael] Espinoza fight. I know he's tall and lanky, but I see a lot of flaws in him. A lot of things that we can expose and that would go to our advantage.

I'm pretty sure that [Top Rank] would want to make that fight. I'm not sure what plans they have for Espinoza, but if they want to do it, we're more than willing to.

Fulton is moving to 130. We've known that for months. Stop deflecting.
