And it doesn't matter how close the win was, he won the fights. Kameda was a TBRB ranked opponent and a former world titlist fighting in his hometown on a card it promoted by his brother, trying to set him up for an Inoue megafight, and Leo got the win.

Losing to Fulton at 122 has absolutely zero to do with the 126 rankings. Zero.

ReLeo has easily had the best run at 126. Espinoza was fighting dudes with upside down records as recently as 2022 and his only good opponent at all was Ramirez twice.

Leo vs Espinoza would be the biggest fight in the division for sure right now, but it's silly to pretend Espinoza's resume at 126 even comes close to stacking up to Leo's.
But kameda is a 118 champ not 122 or 126. And only reason I bring up fulton is because fulton is 126 wbc champ and he has a win over 126 IBF champ Leo. Fulton has win over Leo, Castro, and Figueroa. And Espinoza I agree other than robiesy he has nothing.

Nobody cares what Sam Goodman thinks.

Beating that guy does very little to nothing for anyone’s career.

Kameda was TBRB ranked #7 at 126 at the time of the fight and fighting in his hometown on a card promoted by his brother. Leo getting a win under those circumstances is big.

Fulton isn't at featherweight anymore; he's vacating his title and moving up to 130 to fight O'Shaquie Foster. Rey Vargas (WBC champion-in-recess) is being reactivated as WBC 126 champion and will defend his title against Carlos Castro.

Really? That seems like a huge blunder if true. Can't imagine why he would be ranked at 126 when he never fought anyone there and had a loss already to a nobody.

Tbrb is usually pretty good at ranking people on their merits but maybe this one slipped through the cracks because that makes zero sense. I mean he did avenge his loss to the bum but that doesn't justify a top 10 ranking.

Whatever the case its not a good win in my mind as I've already stated. Kameda smaller, no resume at 126, and looked terrible and lost to a nobody at 126. I think my reasons check out. Dont think theirs do

He fought a trilogy with that "nobody" over the span of his career. Guy just happens to match up with him well. Kameda was already ranked at the time of that loss; when he lost, the guy took his place and then Kameda took his ranking back when he won the third fight.

Then why is Leo and every other champ in the division petrified of facing Espinoza??? They saw what he did to Robeisy twice.

Espinoza is the one ducking. He's on the Top Rank Diet. He'll likely move up to 130 once the WBO strap there becomes vacant and start over fighting no-hopers.

                  I don't believe that. There's no money at 130. Was Robeisy Ramirez a "no-hoper"???

Ramirez's only good win was against a past-prime Isaac Dogboe.

Ramirez was WBO champ and considered a star on the cusp.
