Well done to Manny. Some thought he won. He certainly didn't lose in many people's eyes.

Barrios, with respect, very tentative, lackluster, but his level is not that of, say, Norman and Ennis, the other welterweight champs, although Ennis has now moved up.

It's good that Pacquiao didn't fight either of the other two, because that would've been bad.

Still, thanks Manny, one for us middle aged guys, still have something left.

Maybe it was or maybe it wasn’t but it definitely gave out that type of vibe. Manny has never done that before ever in his entire career.
lmao @ scripted. yeah let's script this fight to a draw.

he's getting old, your instinct changes.

Boxing just keeps doing it to us. Tired of getting fights that dont make any sense in the boxing world. Bam vs cafu, unified. Usyk vs dubois undisputed. Fundora vs tszyu 2, justifiable rematch. Whats the fuggin point of a champ that should be unying with other champs in fighting a 46 yo whose last fight was 3 or 4 yrs ago. And he DREW with him. Absolutely disgusting!!! UFC here i come.

I thought Barrios would win going away, so I am here to take my medicine. I watched most of it while at work, but not all so I will only say I think the draw was justified because from what I saw neither guy deserved the win. When Barrios threw, he connected. Problem is he threw like three times a round. Pacquiao was not as ancient in the ring as I thought he would be, but there was no power behind anything in the ring and he was obviously limited in energy and (dare I say it... oh I dare) any motivation to actually mix it up.

Yeah... a draw is fine. Now I hope both these guys retire so boxing can data dump this and pretend it never really happened.

Pac was robbed BIG TIME! Barrios was scared to get knock down that's why he's so hesitant to let his hands go from early rounds.

Yup, in what was an otherwise great weekend for boxing, this was the turd in the punchbowl. What makes it worse, it was the last fight of the evening

Should have been a a narrow win for the Legend instead they let a truck driver who couldn't even beat a Dinosaur retain his paper title. I don't care about Compubox numbers but Barrios rarely let his hands go and had very little activity with most of his punches being blocked by the Legend's gloves. F**k those judges and I wonder how the Vegas Mafia has managed this.

I'm not saying it was scripted, but if it were then a draw would be exactly how they would script it.

Barios would promise not to hurt Pac, and in return he can keep his belt and make a huge payday.

Pac gets to have his comeback fight with getting hurt or taking an "L" on his resume.

Once again, I am not writing that it was scripted, but if it were then it would look exactly like last night- draw included.

Yeah, I feel ya! I don't know. However, I do find it just a bit odd and strange though that Barrios simply refused to take any risks against Pac until round 10. Once he started to let his hands go more.

Had he didn't. He was going to lose the fight by way of unanimous decision. After nine rounds had been completed; All three of the official judges had Pac winning the fight by scores of 6-3 on two cards and 5-4 on the other card.
