Barrios, with respect, very tentative, lackluster, but his level is not that of, say, Norman and Ennis, the other welterweight champs, although Ennis has now moved up.
It's good that Pacquiao didn't fight either of the other two, because that would've been bad.

I don't know. However, I do find it just a bit odd and strange though that Barrios simply refused to take any risks against Pac until round 10. Once he started to let his hands go more.
